The Nonprofit Makeover teamed up with GiveSmart in a powerful collaboration aimed at fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the nonprofit sector. Through the GiveSmart Gives Back initiative, BIPOC leaders will receive the guidance and training necessary to overcome obstacles, amplify their impact, and lead their organizations towards sustainable success.
Nonprofit Makeover University Scholarships.
Nearly one in three executive leaders of color “often” or “always” felt they lacked opportunities for advancement, compared with fewer than one in five of their white counterparts. ² GiveSmart is partnering with The Nonprofit Makeover to provide learning opportunities to 10 BIPOC leaders.
The Nonprofit Makeover University teaches nonprofit leaders how to expand their revenue streams, provides training and support for improving marketing and digital marketing, and provides tangible tips for donor acquisition strategies, content creation, volunteer recruitment, and more.
GiveSmart is providing 10 BIPOC nonprofit executive leaders scholarships to The Nonprofit Makeover University in 2023.
